Newport police released human-person videos of Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan and her friend arrested on Rhode Island. Officials responded to a restaurant call involving “unnecessary gatherings.” Flanagan is charged with intentional trespassing, and her friend is charged with wrongdoing, intentional trespassing and resisting arrest charges.
