KOTB previously announced her new book Jump and find happiness: Embrace the changes of every season of lifeon March 10 today. “Everyone in life stands on the edge of something and says, 'Should I jump? Should I try? Should I go?'” she said in the clip. “I’m right today I was afraid of thinking and jumping when performing. ”
Recalling her conversation with her friend Maria Shriver, Kotb continued: “She was like, ‘You’ve been jumping on TV all your life with little markets, you jump from city to city.
KOTB's book will include “Interviews from different people I love, respect and admire, who are afraid of doing something and have done something”, including Viola Davis, Sarah Jakes.
“It's my business. You have a lifetime. That's all. That's it. It's ready. But, it requires a jump.”
Kotb is back todayHer studio 1A celebrates her wellness brand Joy 101 for the first time since the show exited in January 28. TV Celebrity once again served as Special Correspondent on September 9 to highlight an inspiring New York City physical education teacher.

Kotb refers to a sit-in interview with Jones and Guthrie of Ojeh's death, “My three friends called me right after you talk and said they would feel forever changed after listening to that conversation. So, anyway, I love you.”
Jones will enter KOTB's front shoes through the fourth hour co-hosted today,,,,, Today with Jenna and friendswith Jenna Bush Hager all week.
