According to Rolling Stone, the lineup has been cancelled after singer Michael Franti's title Sea 3 Music Cruise, which was titled Sea 3 Music Cruise, including Dispatch, Maggie Rose, Hirie and Liz Vice.

The festival sponsors announced on Sunday that the events scheduled for November 4-8, 2025 will no longer move forward.
“In view of the recent events, the Soulshine, which is scheduled for the Michael Franti event from November 4 to 8, 2025, has been cancelled. We are actively working to announce a new event that will sail from November 4 to 8, 2025. Additional details will be shared on Monday, August 18,” Sixtthman said in a statement. ”
“When we communicate with booking guests on Friday, all guests will receive options for their reservation, including a full refund or a future No. 6 credit. We appreciate your patience as we work behind the scenes to provide guests with quick and clear information.”
Who is Michael Franti?
Michael Franti, born on April 21, 1966, is the host of Michael Franti & Spearhead, a singer, songwriter and activist. His music career began with the one-time heroes of the experimental groups The Beatnigs and Hiphoprisy in the 1980s, and then founded Spearhead in the 1990s. The band's famous albums include And Human (2001) and all Rebel Rockers (2008).
Victoria Canal allegations
Earlier this month, singer-songwriter Victoria Canal shared an article on Instagram claiming she was sexually abused and embellished by a “very powerful” person who asked not to be named.
“This is something I have never talked about publicly and has been holding it for 8 years – it has plagued my body, mind and mind in a subconscious and public way throughout my 20s,” Canal wrote on August 11.
She described an older man contacting him, who “pulled me out of the internet and college and invited me to get my first professional opportunity.”
Canal said she chose not to name the individual: “Because I can’t risk causing the financial loss or emotional horror that the lawsuit would cause.”
Although Canal did not name Franti in her post, online speculation and fans comments pointed out to him, noting that he invited her to work with her in Nashville in 2018 at the age of 19.

Michael Franti makes a statement
Amid increasing scrutiny, Michael Franti issued a statement Sunday admitting to having a “relationship” with an artist who asked not to be named outside the marriage.
“I know the artist’s recent post about our relationship, and while I support her publicly expressing her needs, the relationship is based solely on mutual feelings and attraction,” he wrote. “I strongly propose any version of anything to say.”
