D-Mich. Rep. Rashida Tlaib began yelling at Rep. Byron Donalds, a Republican, Florida, at a hearing Thursday, for scolding the “squad” congressman for referring to the Republican efforts to combat crime in Washington, D.C., called “fascism.”
The conflict between Tlaib and Donalds comes after she slammed Republicans’ “rhythm” against the District of Columbia, where President Donald Trump deployed the National Guard to help local law enforcement officers commit crimes in Congressional cities.
“We can't be passive right now,” Trab said in a House oversight hearing. “So, no one there should be any words we take seriously – you personally – as if we were attacking them.

Donalds, along with reporters after the event, called the tlaib's “fascist” tag “stand out” during a swarm of devour with reporters. In 2023, enough Democrats in Congress joined Republicans to formally condemn Tlaib's remarks about the Israeli-Hamas war that broke out on October 7, 2023. Tlaib defended her words and stance, saying she “will not be silent, I won't let you twist my words,”
Tlaib also faces other threats of condemnation this month for her recent comments at the Pro-Palestinian conference in August.
Fox News Digital contacted Tlaib's office for comment, but did not hear immediately.
