Green took a 2-4 walk in a 9-6 loss to the White Sox on Tuesday.
Green has played more than three of his last five games, with 18 innings in this game with home runs, three doubles, three RBIs and four scoring. It was a positive development for the talented outfielder, who slowly emerged from the All-Star game with a .171 batting average in the first 17 games of the second half. Green seems to be in a strait and can quickly build his 27 home runs and 87 RBIs, both of which are already new career highs.
