“I love doing the show. I love working with everyone. I love performers. It's really like I'm waiting for another shoe to fall off because I can't believe how good it is. I'm so excited that everyone can see it,” she poured out. “I have to say that my writing this year shocked me. They wrote very well for every actor and their characters. The stories are sincerely funny. Like, at work, we all laughed twice over and over again.”
Elfman continued: “Just like performers and as someone in this industry, I was shocked by how great the comedy was doing this year. So it made me very excited about everyone in my family because I knew they would be happy with my family.”
Shifting On Wednesday, October 1, return to ABC at 8 p.m. ET, and then play it on Hulu the next day.
