The Rams spent their seventh-round pick at Leveston last year, but he spent the entire season on injured reserves. This year, he won't be the Rams' 53-player roster, meaning he could have given up and only the Titans could lead the Browns.
But Brown clearly believes that Leviston has plenty of chance to improve their offensive line and deserves the meager price of a 2028 seventh-round pick. So Leviston heads to Cleveland today, rather than waiting for tomorrow’s waiver.
