Cleveland, Ohio (WOIO) – With the possibility of some strong to severe storms, 19 first alert weather days took effect this afternoon and evening.
There may be several storms.
One cluster moves near and along the lake shore from noon to afternoon, while the second cluster approaches to the south of the tollway tonight.
The main storm risks are damage to wind gusts and heavy rain, resulting in high water in the local area.
The showers lasted overnight, although the risk of bad weather decreased.
Then, as deep moisture remains, there are more opportunities for rainfall for the rest of the week.
The front will settle in northern Ohio later tomorrow. A round of rain and storms will cause great dents in the drought.
Any storm cluster can rain heavily locally.
