Later that day, Baxter was seen on the Department of Justice security footage with her middle finger on the National Guard and shouted, “fk y you!” exit report. She also allegedly saw her demonstrating to department security how she raised her middle finger.

She allegedly arrived at work on August 25 and once again boasted to security guards that she hated the National Guard and told them “F-K Off!”
