MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (WOWT/KOLN) – The Huskers hit the road again this week, hosting the Golden Gophers in a Big Ten Conference game on Friday night in Minneapolis.
No. 25 Nebraska will try to stay in the AP Top 25 after moving into the top 25 on Sunday following last week's chaotic win over Maryland and rumors of a head coaching hire at Penn State.
Although the team also started last season 5-1, the Huskers struggled in their final six games, finishing 6-6 overall and 3-6 in conference play.
