Nina Dobrev gave fans a peek into her latest vacation.
In an Instagram post, the 36-year-old “The Vampire Diaries” star posted photos from her trip to Paris for Fashion Week, which included photos of her with celebrity friends including Sophia Bush, as well as all the sights she saw and the food she ate while in the City of Lights.
“Not the main event, but the magic in the middle 💫,” she captioned the post.
One photo shows Dobrev wearing a black one-piece swimsuit. In the photo, the actress is seen sitting in what appears to be a sauna with her hair wrapped in a white towel and giving a peace sign to the camera.

Fans were quick to write positive messages for the star in the comments section, with one fan writing: “You look better without him.”

Dobrev announced his engagement to Olympic gold medal skier Shaun White on Instagram in October 2024. However, nearly a year later, sources confirmed in September 2025 that the couple called off their engagement and went their separate ways.

“This was a mutual decision and not an easy one, but it was made out of love and a deep respect for each other,” a source told People.
It's unclear when the couple started dating, but rumors about their relationship began circulating in March 2020 after meeting in late 2019. They eventually made their relationship official on Instagram in May 2020, with Dobrev posting a photo of himself cutting White's hair.

Two years later, in May 2022, they made their red carpet debut at the premiere of Top Gun: Maverick.
Before breaking off their engagement, Dobrev told E! Sources say the pair are in no rush to plan a wedding, telling the outlet she wants to enjoy that period of her life.

“We're just enjoying being engaged at this point and being in that stage because a lot of your life is half your life with a boyfriend and then half your life with a husband, but a short period of being a fiancé,” she said. “I really wanted to enjoy it and not rush the process.”
