Huskit was arrested today (082125), but is still in the care of a doctor in the hospital. He will transfer him to the Jefferson County Jail upon release. Huskit faces allegations: attempts to influence civil servants (F), tamper with evidence (F), false reports of authorities (M), reckless danger (M), obstructing government action (M) and second-level official misconduct (PO). His bonds are set at $10,000.

These charges are merely legal charges and the defendants are considered innocent charges against them unless and proven guilty outside of reasonable suspicion.
