Tennessee football quarterback Joey Aguilar has more touchdowns than Nico Iamaleaeva's touchdowns, and this Walls defense will make the 2025 quarterback bigger than last season.

Last season, Iamaleava accounted for 22 touchdowns, including 19 passes and 3 runs. It's solid production, but Aguilar can do better if UT's offense finds its groove.
After all, Hendon Hooker has a total of 36 TDs in 2021 and 32 TDs in 2022.
If he can accumulate more TDs, he may surpass the key to Iamaleava. In the regular season, IamaLeava had only one sprinting TD in the regular season and scored another goal in the playoff loss to Ohio State.
Tennessee will be the top 10 teams against Alabama
UT ranked No. 18 in the polls for LBM coaches in the United States and played in Alabama on October 18. Apparently, if UT enters the third Saturday of October, it will be in the top 10, or even the top 5.
But even if the Vols record is 5-1, including Georgia's losses, it's hopeful they still make it to the top ten in Alabama.
In the weeks leading the game, almost every UT team ranked first will play at least one top 25 team, and some will play multiple ranking teams. So, it's very likely that a 5-1 UT team will climb in the polls.
Vols will get more sacks without James Pearce
Last season, UT had a strong defense in history, but its sack count dropped to 29. James Pearce is the 2025 NFL first-round draft pick with 7.5 sacks as the team.
The 2025 Vols may not generate a full season pass. But as a group, they will accumulate more sacks than the team from last season. Joshua Josephs, Dominic Bailey, Bryson Eason, Arion Carter and others will ensure that.
Tennessee will return to Florida Bowl
This has become a regular prediction of the coaching age of Josh Heupel, but in two of the last three seasons, it's right. UT played the 2023 season in the Orange Bowl ended the 2022 season and the Citrus Bowl.
If the vols rate is 8-4 or 9-3, they will shoot in a bowl in Florida: Citrus (Orlando), Reliaquest (Tampa), Gator (Jacksonville).
After the 2019 season, UT last played in the Crocodile Bowl. It was last played in the Reliaquest Bowl after the 2015 season, when it was called the “Inland Bowl”. It is reasonable to see the two that Walls landed in.
The Orange Bowl is the quarterfinals of the college football playoffs this season.
