Mensik has impressed people in various competitions, especially the Masters 1000, but it can be said that he has not yet achieved the breakthrough he wants in the Grand Slam.
After all, he has now played in seven major draws, but has not surpassed the third round yet.
As 17 years old in 2023, his running on that stage at the U.S. Open marks an extraordinary feat.
