from beginning to end The Walking Dead Across the universe, we've seen groups exploit the resources around them to survive. Sometimes they have few resources available to them. The most useful resources we've seen groups use against walkers are weapons found around them and weapons they make themselves.
Several different unique weapons have been used that are very useful in taking out walkers. However, I sometimes wonder how useful some of these weapons would be in a real zombie apocalypse. Today the editor will give you an inventory of eight famous weapons The Walking Dead universe and talk about their utility in the zombie apocalypse.

8. Barbed Wire Bat aka Lucille
The Barbed Wire Bat or Lucille as it is also known is not a very good weapon to use in an apocalypse. At first, it seems a bit cumbersome to create. The bats are easy to find, but clearing the wire is a little more difficult, and you have to make sure you don't cut yourself while assembling the wire. Another drawback is that Lucille is a close range weapon and can take multiple hits to put down a walker. As we saw with Lucille, it can easily break after a period of use. It saves bullets, but you run a greater risk of being bitten by this close range weapon.

7. Morgan Employees
Morgan Jones' cane can be a difficult weapon to learn to use. Everyone who received instruction from Eastman eventually spent some time learning how to fight with the weapon. I'm also not sure how powerful the staff actually is when used to kill walkers in Doomsday. It may take some force to get it through the walker's skull. The upside, however, is that it allows you to keep some distance from walkers and be able to slow down multiple walkers at once by hitting them with the stick. Overall, I don't think Morgan's staff is ideal if the Pacers are chasing you.

6. Crossbow
I believe the crossbow is one of the least practical weapons out there The Walking Dead universe. The rate of fire is so low that by the time you reload, the walkers are already feasting on your entree. It can be useful from a distance, but you also have to consider the number of arrows you have, and carrying arrows is more difficult than carrying regular gun ammunition.
You can eventually reuse most arrows, which saves ammo, but they also break down over time. One advantage of using crossbows in the apocalypse is that they are silent weapons and a great way to find food. You can save gun ammo by hunting with a crossbow so that you have less chance of attracting walkers.

5. Ax
The ax is a weapon we have seen a lot The Walking Dead characters used. In season three, Rick Grimes used it to travel through a prison “grave” after losing his wife, Lori. The ax is a very useful weapon in the apocalypse, especially since it's easy to find, but can be difficult to use when fighting walkers.
For example, we sometimes see characters fighting with an axe, trying to pull it out of a walker's head, which could result in their death if there were more walkers nearby. There is also a high chance of the ax breaking when driven into a walker's skull. While an ax has many uses and can come in handy when chopping firewood and gathering lumber for construction, it may not be the best weapon to use during the apocalypse.

4.Knife
Knives are a great weapon to use in a pinch when you're low on resources. It gets the job done quickly, but it does require you to be in close contact with the walker. Using a knife can be dangerous when there are many walkers around. It also makes you more likely to be bitten. Carol Peletier's Knuckle Knife is great because it gives you a good grip, but it can also be harder to use. The knuckle grip can make it difficult to maneuver the knife because you have to extract your fingers and reposition the weapon.
Knives have proven useful in many different situations The Walking Dead universe. We've seen the group use them to prevent people from turning into walkers, eviscerate animals and walkers, and protect themselves from other survivors. Knives are definitely a weapon that comes in handy in a zombie apocalypse.

3. Scimitar
In my opinion, machetes are very similar to axes and knives. A machete is better because it keeps you further away from walkers than a knife. Machetes also appear to be easier to use to kill walkers than axes, and are less likely to break. You can also use a machete to do almost everything you do with an axe. Cutting down trees takes longer, but a machete is great for cutting branches and brush out of the way. We have met many characters in the play The Walking Dead Use machete to clear path in woods.
The machete also has a longer blade, is sharper, and is lighter than an axe, making it a better weapon for dealing with walkers and for other survival needs. The machete is similar to an ax in that it can be stuck on a walker's head. exist The walking dead, We see Rosita Espinosa teaching the Alexandrians how to use a machete, so there's a bit of a learning curve with this weapon.

2. Colt Python
Rick Grime's little python is a weapon used throughout The Walking Dead series and has been passed down to Rick's children for continued use. This weapon is very useful when you need to kill a few walkers in a pinch. However, if a large group of people are chasing you, then using a machine gun is less practical and a machine gun would be better.
The problem with using a gun like the Colt Python in Apocalypse is the time it takes you to reload the weapon. Don't get me wrong, guns are powerful weapons to use in an apocalypse and I think everyone in the world would enjoy The Walking Dead You should always carry one with you. However, the noise will definitely attract more walkers, so unless you have a silencer, it's best to keep shooting as a last resort.
Guns with silencers are very useful in Apocalypse, as we've seen multiple characters The Walking Dead universe, but if you use guns then you need to consider additional resources. You're going to need supplies to clean your gun and obviously…bullets, and I mean a lot of bullets. While watching the show, we saw how easily bullets can be used up, and during Negan's war, everyone was in desperate need of bullets. Thankfully, Dr. Eugene Porter is an excellent bullet maker and can help replenish their supplies. Sadly, in the apocalypse, not everyone will have a bullet maker, so after a while, the gun may be difficult to use to protect yourself.

1. Katana
Finally, we have the katana, primarily wielded by Michonne. I decided to put this weapon at the top of the list because it is a powerful weapon that seems to be very effective against walkers. When Michonne uses her katana, we see her cleanly slice the walker's head, slicing them in half. If you have the resources to clean and keep your katana sharp, it will become a powerful weapon against walkers. You can also use it to reduce brushwork. Not only is this weapon silent, it also allows walkers to maintain a good distance. The katana takes time to get used to, so you'll need to practice to maintain strength.
Overall, if I had to choose the best combination of weapons to use during the apocalypse, I would go with a gun, a knife, and a katana. All three weapons seemed to have a lot of use throughout The Walking Dead universe. Characters in the show always carry more than one weapon, which is ideal. Choosing just one weapon to use is impractical. A variety of these weapons combined can go a long way in an apocalyptic world like this The Walking Dead.
