President Donald Trump said in signing the executive order on Monday that “we are talking to Democrats” about the ongoing government shutdown, “something good can happen to health care”.

“Hang there because I think there may be a lot of good things going on, and it may also be about health care,” Trump said.
“If we have the right deal,” Trump said, then he will reach a deal with Democrats on the Affordable Care Act subsidy.
“If we make the right deal, I'll make an agreement. Sure,” Trump said on Monday.
