Denise Richards fans are getting a treat from the reality star just this Halloween.
Richards, 54, paid homage to her Playboy past and shared a series of photos on social media in which she wore a black jumpsuit with matching ears.
The Wild Things actress added a pair of white cuffs and a black-and-white bow tie to complete her outfit, nearly 20 years after appearing on the cover of Playboy magazine.
Richards first posed naked for an adult publication in December 2004, five months after giving birth. She told Jay Leno that her parents and newborn accompanied her to a photo shoot in the Bahamas, where she knew she was in trouble when the stylist provided “bottomless” for one of the photos.

“I said, you better find me some damn bottoms. So she made these bottoms out of wool and used leaves from the island,” Richards said of a photo of her wearing a top made from leaves. “I don’t have to show anything I don’t want to show.”

She added, “Playboy has approached me a few times and I didn't do it, and this time I thought I'd better do it in case they come after me again,” she said. “he [Charlie Sheen] It was really cool and helped me pick out the photos. “
The “Drop Dead Gorgeous” actress embraced the holiday season before heading back to court to seek a permanent restraining order against estranged husband Aaron Phypers.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was granted a temporary restraining order in her divorce from Phypers on July 17 and testified against her estranged husband last month. Richards began crying as she recalled multiple allegations of physical and emotional abuse, including a particularly violent incident in May.
Richards claimed that Phypers became “very unstable” with her at the Four Seasons Hotel just hours after the reality star underwent multiple plastic surgeries, including plastic surgery.
Phypers allegedly tried to search Richards for her equipment while she slept, then allegedly hit her in the face and damaged a drain pipe in the process.

“I really, really knew at that point that our marriage was over because the physical abuse had been going on but it was getting worse,” Richards testified. “But the fact that he was doing this to me for five hours after seven hours of surgery… made me feel a lot of things. Scared and vulnerable. I couldn't walk on my own.”
Richards described an instance in which Phypers allegedly grabbed her arm as she was recovering from surgery.

“He would yell and insult me. Once he caught me texting another man, he would flip it around and call me a cheating w——, a c——, and a lying b——, and that's what he would do. Then he would calm down and we would be in different rooms and he would come back to me and start arguing again.”
“He grabbed my arm,” she claimed. “I've had breast augmentation, liposuction and a face lift for three weeks. I feel very vulnerable and in pain. I've asked him to stay in another house with his family. I need rest and recovery but can't have him around me like this.”
During a hearing last month, Phypers was handcuffed and arrested on spousal abuse charges. After the sheriff escorted Phipers out of the courtroom, police returned to retrieve his cellphone.
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards on July 7. He cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support from the “Real Housewives” star. Ten days later, Richards' request for a temporary restraining order was granted.

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron frequently violently choked me, violently squeezed my head with both hands, squeezed my arms tightly, punched me in the face and head, violently slammed my head into the bathroom towel rack, threatened to kill me, put his knee on my back until I had to plead with him to let me go so he wouldn't kill me, and hacked into my laptop and phone and downloaded all of my text messages,” Richards claimed in the statement. “Aaron often threatened to 'break my jaw,' he would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help — but none of that happened. Aaron gave me at least three concussions.”
Phypers filed a petition on Wednesday claiming he was out of money after Richards allegedly cut off their joint bank account and took away his entire business equipment. He claimed Richards was preventing him from making a living.
Phypers' petition, obtained by Fox News Digital, states: “In terms of her OnlyFans page, she earns approximately $200,000 to $300,000 per month from photos I take and for which I own the intellectual property.”
“So, this is our joint income, not hers alone. I request that I get half of OnlyFans' income as property control.”

According to Phypers, he is about to be evicted from his home and his utilities have been turned off. He demanded $200,000 immediately.
Phypers is also asking for additional spousal support on top of half of Richards' OnlyFans income.
