Coldplay street closures and parking restrictions in Randall Stadium camp | Transportation works

Madison is announcing several street closures and parking restrictions in preparation for Coldplay concert at Randall Stadium Camp Saturday, July 19. These measures are designed to support pedestrian safety and incident logistics.

List of affected streets:

N Randall Avenue

  • remains closure between Engineering Driver and W Dayton Street Due to the ongoing utilities construction.

N Breese Terrace

  • Will Closed every day, starting on Monday, July 14 Make concert settings.
  • Southbound driving is temporarily allowed every weekday between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
  • start Saturday, July 19 at 8:00 amN Breese terrace will be Completely closed between Regent Street and University Avenue until Monday, July 21 6:00 pm.

Monroe Street

  • Will Closed between Regent Street and Randall Street from Saturday, July 19 at 8:00 amand will remain closed until approximately July 20 (Sunday) 3:00 am.

Regent Street

  • Will Close between Spooner Street and Randall Avenue About One hour after each concert (from 11:00 pm to midnight) Ensure the safety of pedestrians.
  • During these closures, Madison police will transfer traffic on Regent Street to Park Street.

Temporary street parking restrictions will serve as a typical UW home football game, which includes Regent Street and Monroe Street for concert exit traffic.

Additionally, a ride-hailing loading area will be designated on N Charter Street from Regent Street to Dayton Street.

Residents, singers and motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly and travel additional time. Alternative routes are highly recommended during closures.
