We have a better idea of Jordan Hudson's role in Bill Belichick's career affairs.
The “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast gets behind-the-scenes footage from Belichick's 2024 NFL Movie Show with Matt Patricia. In the video, Belichick's girlfriend, Hudson, asked about the theme of the show and the arrangement of graphics that reflected the coach's talking points.
Belichick, 73, said he and Hudson, 24, have a “personal and professional” relationship. The coach said Hudson interrupted his interview with CBS Sunday Morning and said Belichick wouldn't answer questions about their relationship.

After the CBS interview aired, Belichick said Hudson was “just doing his job to make sure the interview stayed on track” because he only wanted to discuss content contained in his book, which was released this year.
During the clip, which aired Friday morning, Hudson continued to ask questions about the graphic's appearance and said she built Belichick's website. Following the discussion, cameras at the scene captured a conversation between the frustrated couple, who may have been unaware they were still being recorded.
“I don’t know how they have four full-time graphics people,” Hudson said.
“They can't do bad things,” Belichick said.

“Correct?” Hudson responded.
There are also about 30 minutes of unseen footage of Hudson in the CBS News interview, Torre said, adding that he was told what happened on set for Belichick's NFL Films show last year was similar to other people's interactions with the couple.
“It's like the first time anyone has seen this dynamic,” Torre said. “The reason I'm showing this to you and everyone right now is not 'Man, let's take down Jordan Hudson's comments about graphic design and leather aesthetics,' but 'This is the power dynamic around Bill Belichick,'” Torre said.
“As far as I can tell, what she inadvertently showed us was no different than what's going on in Carolina right now. That's been true at every stop, including the CBS interview we saw in that glimpse. It's been a consistent pattern, and everyone who's come across Belichick Productions has attested to it in my coverage.”

Hudson has been filing for a trademark for the past 18 months, in addition to her on-camera work as Belichick in the character created for her by Belichick Productions. This spring, she filed for numerous trademarks, four of which — all related to rights owned by the New England Patriots — were rejected.
The tension between Belichick and his former employer is one of many storylines surrounding North Carolina's 2-3 start to 2025. Patriots scouts are not allowed to visit the North Carolina facility. As Belichick said, “Obviously, I'm not welcome in their facility, so they're not welcome in our facility. Simple.”
This podcast is not the first dedicated to Hudson’s role at North Carolina. This spring, North Carolina disputed a report from Torre that said Hudson had been banned from North Carolina facilities.
PTFO also noted that Hudson wore a necklace that read “BANNED” during North Carolina's first game of the season against TCU. You can clearly see the necklace in the photo below from Getty Images. North Carolina lost the game 41-10.

Additionally, the podcast revealed alleged tensions between Hudson, North Carolina general manager Michael Lombardi and Patricia, the former New England Patriots defensive coordinator and former Detroit Lions head coach. After spending the 2024 season like Belichick, Patricia is now in charge of Ohio State's defense. Ohio State's defense has been among the best in the country as North Carolina's defense has been torn apart by power conference foes.
