A severe thunderstorm warning was issued on Sunday afternoon for parts of Greater Cincinnati
Happy Wednesday. I think we can all be happy. I know this is a weather impact day. I know we will see rain in the next few days, but it's great in the long run. You know, we just put our heads down. It's raining and it'll be fine. Then suddenly it will fall and we will feel it fall outside. It's been a while since we had some nice rainfall and finally got back to the predictions. In fact, there will be shots of showers and thunderstorms every day today to Thursday. So, let's do that. Today the rains are coming back for us. After about 2 or 3:00, there are scattered rain and storms. So it's afternoon evening and you'll have the best chance to spread a rain or storm. Every day of rain or thunderstorm may extend into Thursday in the coming week. Every day weather affects the day. So when we enjoy the wide view here, you see rain running through western Kentucky and drifting along the river in our direction. It was our afternoon and evening rain opportunity. However, there was a shower or storm that was scratched in parts of Fayette County and Indiana. You can see over the last 30 minutes or so we have a brief thunderstorm roll in northern Connersville. Now that we have set out, we are over the top of the I-70. So when we spend the afternoon, it will rain. We will have some thunderstorms. You can see that the Storm Prediction Center puts our area at marginal risk of severe weather. This afternoon, there might be a storm with some strong winds. Let's take a look at the schedule here. So when we go through the next few hours and start seeing the clouds start to build on the process of coming in, by the time we say 2 or 3:00 pm you can see some scattered downpour here. Is it raining everywhere? No. However, you might have felt a little bit yesterday due to the rising humidity. You might have some downpour, maybe a little lightning. The best option is the evening time frame. Such a wide brush would be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It's a possible time to see a shower or storm in your town. Then, as we head towards seven and 8:00 you will see the rain chance disappear overnight. I think we have the opportunity to do some rain before the sun rises and then tomorrow around the afternoon and it's more common for us on Monday night and overnight. So, over the next few days, this will pass and continue to move forward. So, in the next five days or so, we will pick up two inches of much-needed rain. This is a 12-hour forecast. The temperature rose to the 1980s and the rain then sank. So in the afternoon, I put the weather-affected symbol into the evening. Temperatures dropped to the 70s, and after tomorrow, our highs returned to the 70s. Therefore, tomorrow is the first day of autumn. We will have some showers in the morning. There were more extensive thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. I think we saw other storms overnight from Monday to Tuesday morning. So Tuesday, the wettest part of the day is the first thing in the morning. The following weekend, at the highest point in the 1970s.
