WWE has developed a major survivor series plan for Roman Reigns

  • by admin

The next big match for “Horde Chief” Roman Reins could be played within the brutal scope of the war game. A new report shows that Reins' current plan for the Survivor Series senior live event is to compete in the nominal competition.

The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 29 in San Diego, California. In the latest episode Wrestling Observation RadioDave Meltzer said Reins is expected to compete in factional war games rather than a one-on-one contest.

“I think Roman will definitely be in San Diego’s performances, but he won’t be in San Diego’s singles game, he will be in the war game unless they change,” Meltzer said.

Merzer also noted that a singles match between Reins and his rival Seth Rollins is not expected to happen anytime soon. “There was no Roman Reins/Ses Rollins match in January as early as January…I think it might be WrestleMania speculation,” he added.

The War Games game will be the logical climax of the long-term disagreement between reformed bloodlines and Vision. The competition began with WrestleMania 41, when Paul Heyman betrayed Reins and formed an alliance with Seth Rollins.

Reins returned in July to save CM Punk and Jey Uso after quitting the TV show due to The Vision attack. This led to Reins and Uso defeating Brown Blake and Bronson Reed in the summer frenzy. Since then, the fight between the two sides has intensified, leading to Reins’ recent return to save the Uso brothers from another attack from the faction.

Before participating in the Survivors Series, Reins must first have a one-on-one Australian street fight with Bronson Reed at the Crown Gem event on Saturday, October 11. The result of that game, and the championship-versus-Champion Main Game between Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes, will shape the situation directly and decide which faction has the momentum within the cruel scope of the war game.
