Opening day is only a few days away! When you head to Fair Park for this year's Texas Fair, the fees may add up, but there are plenty of deals and discounts for tickets, food and rides.
This year, the fair will be held from Friday, September 26 to Sunday, October 19.
The regular fare for fair prices Monday to Thursday ranges from $19 to $29 for adults and $14 to $24 for children and older adults. On Friday, prices are as high as $20 for adults and $15 for children and seniors. Fairgoers pay $25 for adults over the weekend and $18 for children and seniors. Tickets can be available online or at the door. The ability to cash the transaction below will depend on where you choose to purchase the ticket.
Fares and Discounts
- On the September 26th Open Day, if you bring two cans of peanut butter to the North Texas Food Bank, you will get a $10 admission fee at the gate. The deal is only available at the gate and is only available on the opening day.
- On any day, McDonald's discount coupons can offer you $5 in ticket discounts. These coupons are available on pallet linings and inside bag bags. Tickets can be purchased online at the door or through the promo code.
- On any day, active military, retired military personnel and veterans can earn $5 tickets by displaying valid military service documents at the door. Spouses and children can also enjoy discounts. - On Tuesday and Thursday, Greater Texas insiders can buy tickets online for $12 lower. Get the promotional code by texting BigTex to 877-724-4839.
- On Wednesday before 5 p.m., bring five cans of good items to the North Texas Food Bank and get a $7 ticket.
- Every Thursday, seniors aged 60 and older can enter the fair for $7 on the door, or $9 online (including fees).
- High school students can purchase one-day tickets from Monday to Thursday using the school-promotion codes for $12. This offer is available online only.
- The Flex Ticket Package allows fair filmmakers to buy tickets in advance, while the 2-pack or 4-pack combination includes $50 in food and midway coupons.
- If you plan to attend the expo several times, it might be a digital season pass. $52 brings you all 24 days to the door.
