Barcelona's head coach Hansi Flick accused Spain of “not taking care of” Lamine Yamal during an international break in the game against Valencia on Sunday.
Yamal, 18, won the groin region with pain in the groin region in a victory over Bulgaria and Turkey in Spain’s World Cup qualifying last week.

Yamal started the season in good shape, scoring two goals and registering two assists for Barça in three Laliga games in the opening ceremony. He then contributed three more assists in two appearances in Spain.
Flick, who once coached the German national team, said communication with Spanish boss Luis de la Fuente might be better.
“I never really talked to it [De la Fuente],” he added. “Maybe I have bad Spanish and his English is bad, so that’s a problem.
“Usually, communication, because the players we have there are not just Ramin, but it may be better. I also work as a national team coach in that area, so I know how hard the job is sometimes, but it's always great to communicate with the club.”
Barcelona will also have Frankie de Zheng against Valencia after the midfielder was injured while in the Netherlands.
Gavi and Alejandro Balde are also still missing, but Barcelona has been lifted by the return of youngster Marc Bernal, who will sit on the bench on the bench for more than a year after the ACL was injured.
