In Spike Lee's highly anticipated film The Supreme 2, Denzel Washington plays hip-hop tycoon David King, who lives in an apartment that suits character status.
According to Robb's report, the opening scene of the Lee movie begins on the balcony of a penthouse sold in Washington for $17.5 million. It was initially listed for $19.5 million earlier this year.
This five-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is 4,928 square feet and occupies the entire 32nd floor of the Olympia Little Italian Enterprise Building in Brooklyn, New York. This apartment offers stunning views of the Big Apple and even has a private 552 square foot terrace.
The penthouse has five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

The apartment also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, with three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The penthouse is also accessible via a key elevator, which is ideal for those who want to remain anonymous.
He added: “The Dumbo in Olympia is the tallest residential building in the historic Dumbo, but what I always want to say is that even though it is 33 stories, we only have 76 apartments in the building, so it feels much more tall than we are.”
“It's a unique vantage point. This view is absolutely unparalleled and almost like an art. I haven't seen many other similar top floors yet, so it's just a special, peaceful place.”
The building offers residents the opportunity to spread across a range of amenities at three levels. Amenities include a game lounge, bowling alley, spin studio, private dressing and game room, outdoor pool, hot tub, barbecue area, and a full-size tennis court overlooking Brooklyn Bridge.
