Sox will intend to turn the page when the Orioles visit Fenway Park for two games. The Red Sox took a break on Wednesday after hosting Baltimore on Monday and Tuesday, then they started a four-game series with the Yankees on Thursday.
Dustin May will get Sox's nod as he was obtained from the Dodgers on the trade deadline, his third start. Orioles will face left-handed Trevor Rogers.

Bureau of Daily Statistics: The Red Sox fell to 57-2 after eight innings due to Sunday’s losses.
Note: The last Orioles won four games in the last five games and won two of three games from Houston’s Astros over the weekend. …Sox probably didn’t have Willyer Abreu, who had two hits, including a two-round home run that lost Sunday, but after he scored on the Sacrificial Fly in the seventh inning, his right leg clutched the game. …Abreu drove in 14 RBIs with a .300 hit in his last 16 games with .860 OPS. …May was the only appearance against the Orioles in September 2019. He was not allowed to run in two innings and did not consider the decision. …Rogers 0-2 with a 2.45 ERA in the 18-inch innings, in four games against the Red Sox. This included his 2-1 victory over Baltimore on May 24, where he did not make a decision.
