Lainey Wilson will launch the Tornado World Tour on Thursday, August 14 at the PHX Arena in the heart of Phoenix.
Tornado World supports Tornado, which hits the Billboard album rankings at the highest point of its new career. It includes concerts in Zurich, Paris, New York City, Nashville, Austin, Baton Rouge, Los Angeles and Denver.
But Phoenix fans have to look at it first because that's just how we play in Arizona.
Wilson became Arizona's Country Thunder Thunder Arizona in 2024, wagging a feathered cowboy hat, a golden denim vest and a matching Bellhead ricket.

Can I bring water to the center of the footprint?
Although each guest can participate in the Sun, Mercury and Rattlesnake games, no external food, drinks, coolers, bottles or cans are allowed, although an airtight plastic water bottle is allowed. Sealed water bottles may be banned from participating in selected concerts.
Allow children's items such as baby bottles and formula milk.
Concert Footprint Center Bag Policy
Standard backpacks are not allowed in the PHX arena in the previous Footprint Center.
If single-chamber strap bags, wallets and diaper bags are allowed, the appearance of a standard backpack and media backpack is allowed if they meet the 14 x 14 x 6 inches required for NBA bag size.
Guests with bags larger than 4 inches by 6 inches must be screened through an X-ray machine. Guests who do not have bags or clutches less than 4 inches by 6 inches can use the Evolv Express entryway.
What is prohibited in the Footprint Center?
The following items are not allowed to perform concerts in the PHX arena in the former center of the area:
- Backpack (except for the single-room suspender bag that meets the media entrance screening requirements and media backpacks, wallets and diaper bags are allowed if the size requirements are met.
- Bottles, cans and coolers.
- Professional cameras, video and recording equipment including Go Pros & Google Glasses.
- fireworks.
- Illegal substance.
- Laser pointer.
- External food and drinks.
- Whistle, horn or other noise manufacturer.
- Any kind of weapon (no knife or mace/pepper of any size).
- Computers and laptops.
- When entering Halloween, it may not be worn during entry and in Concourses, but will be allowed when guests are in their seats.
- Selfie stick.
- Offensive clothing or mask.
PHX Arena reserves the right to modify the above list without prior notice.
Can I bring a sign to the center of the footprint?
The PHX Arena at the Fore Trail Center allows banners and logos; they must be constructed from flame retardant materials. The logo must be made of a soft material that can be folded (for example, a poster board or cloth). Banners or signs may not be commercial or obscene business by nature, or cause any interference to other fans.
Banners and logos must be handheld and may not hinder the view of other guests or PHX arena advertising signs, or be temporarily or permanently fixed to the building structure. PHX Arena reserves the right to remove any banner or logo. The logo should not be larger than 11 x 17 inches.
Is there no cash in the Footprint Center?
PHX Arena, which was formerly a Footprint Center, does not accept cash. Use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
You can convert cash into a pre-added Mastercard by visiting the ticket office or one of the venue’s reverse ATMs near Section 218.
Footprint Center Smoking Policy
PHX Arena formerly a Footprint Center, is a smoke-free facility with no designated smoking area outside. Smoking is prohibited, including electronic cigarettes. Guests who fail to comply will be asked to stop smoking. Those who continue to violate the policy will be ejected.
Footprint Center Re-entry Policy
Recerry is not available in any game, concert or event that was previously a Footprint Center PHX Arena.
Footprint center lost and found
Please contact PHX Arena, formerly the Footprint Center, staff seeking help. The items found may be transferred to the Visitor Services Office. Guests can also contact the PHX Arena security department at 602-379-2055.
First aid at the Footprint Center
In case of an emergency, please inform any PHX arena, formerly a footprint center, representative or uniformed police officer to ensure that emergency personnel are notified.
There are nursing staff and EMTs in all activities in the PHX Arena. First aid is located in the main hall opposite Section 116.
Footprint Center Parking
The PHX Arena (formerly the Footprint Center) has over 700 parking spaces, including parking for disabled guests. Parking prices vary by event. For specific information, please contact the PHX Arena Parking Lot at 602-379-2003.

Track center driving direction
PHX Arena (formerly the Footprint Center) is located in E. Jefferson St. 201, in the heart of Phoenix.
If you are from North Phoenix/Scottsdale:
Go south along Interstate 51 at 10 East junction. Exit I-10 at Washington/Jefferson Street. Turn right on Washington Street to Third Street. Turn left on Third Street to PHX Arena.
If you are from West/Southwest Phoenix:
Follow Interstate 10 East 10 to exit Seventh Avenue. Turn right on Seventh Street to Jefferson Street. Turn left on Jefferson Street to First Street. PHX Arena is located on the corner of Jefferson Street and First Street.
If you are from East Phoenix:
Cycle westward 202 westward. Take I-10 west to exit 7th Street. Turn left on Seventh Street to Washington Street. Turn right on Washington Street to Third Street. Turn left on Third Street to PHX Arena.
If you are from Northwest Phoenix/Glendale:
Follow Interstate 17 to Jefferson Street. Turn left on Jefferson Street to First Street. PHX Arena is located on the corner of Jefferson Street and First Street.
If you are from Dongshan Valley:
Take I-10 west to Washington/Jefferson Street. Turn left on Washington Street to Third Street. Turn left on Third Street to PHX Arena.
Valley Metro Light Rail to Footprint Center
The railway cycling program allows guests who purchase tickets on the ticket price on the day of the event to take the Valley Metro Light Rail on the day of the event.
Valley Metro will treat event tickets as valid light rail fares on the event day within four hours before the event starts and until four hours before the end of the shipping day.
Two things to know:
- When riding a light rail you must have a ticket on the person and you must show the ticket to the fare inspector on request. Not showing valid air tickets can result in fines ranging from $50 to $500.
- PHX Arena event tickets are available only for light rail; they do not have bus fares valid.

Where are Uber and Lyft in the center of the footprint?
There are four recommended ride stocks/descending attractions: First and Jefferson Street (PHX Arena Plaza); Second (Ryan); Third (Phoenix Convention Center) and Jefferson Street (Hotel Palomar/The Butcher).
