Kelly Hagens of Jacksonville Beach, 56, won the $8.75 million Florida Lotto award in the May 7 drawing, according to the Florida Lottery.
Jacksonville Beach, Fla. – Monday's Florida lottery revealed the winner of the $8.75 million jackpot lottery that was sold at the Jacksonville Beach store earlier this year.
Kelly Hagens of Jacksonville Beach, 56, won the $8.75 million Florida Lotto award in the May 7 drawing, according to the Florida Lottery. She purchased award tickets at the J and J Food Store at 632 Beach Blvd. at Jacksonville Beach.
On May 9, Florida Lottery said Hagens claimed to have won the winning vote at the lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
Hagens matches all six numbers in the drawing, as: 1-8-12-24-33-47.
The Florida Lottery website said the total number of lottery winnings in Florida Lotto was 7.61 points, while one in 22,957,480 of the jackpot winnings.
As of Monday, August 25, the Florida Lotto Awards had grown to $28.25 million, with Bihagen winning nearly $20 million. Florida Lotto drawings are conducted Wednesday and Saturday.
