The 2025 Major League Baseball Playoffs are rolling!
Entering Sunday's Game 162, there are still two division champions, and a universal card grab. While the New York Mets and Cincinnati Reds are fighting for the final wildcard, the situation in the National League playoffs is mostly set. Both lost their respective games on Sunday, so the Reds gained their own positions through the decisive game. In photos of the American League playoffs, the AL East and Al Central champions are not sure. The New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays and Cleveland guardians and the Detroit Tigers were tied to the last day. Toronto won the game Sunday to win the division and AL's top seed, and Cleveland won the Central Championship.
In the fourth year, the 12 teams will play an action-packed universal card game on ESPN and ABC, with eight teams competing for four positions to advance to the eight-team series.
